This document sets out the general terms and conditions governing the use of https://buzzevents.ro/, operated by YELLOWTICKETS SRL, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator.”

Accessing and using the Website, browsing its pages, or submitting an enquiry through the available forms constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website.

The Operator reserves the right to amend this document at any time without prior notice. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of access. Continued use of the Website following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Definitions

Website: the website available at https://buzzevents.ro/, together with all its webpages and subdomains.

Operator: YELLOWTICKETS SRL, the owner and administrator of the Website.

User / Visitor: any natural or legal person accessing the Website, regardless of the purpose of access.

Content: all information, text, images, photographs, video materials, graphic elements, logos, structure, and design displayed on the Website.

Services: the services presented on the Website for informational purposes and provided by the Operator. These services are contracted exclusively outside the Website, based on a tailored proposal and a separate agreement concluded between the parties.

Enquiry: any message, request for information, or quotation request submitted by the User through the contact form, by email, or by telephone.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): all intangible rights, including know-how, copyright and related rights, database rights, design rights, trademarks, and domain name registrations.

Informational Nature of the Website

The Website is intended solely for presentation and informational purposes. No products or services are sold, no orders can be placed, and no online payments can be made through the Website.

The information published on the Website regarding the Operator’s services is general and indicative and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of Article 1188 et seq. of the Romanian Civil Code. No information displayed on the Website creates any contractual obligation for the Operator by itself.

Any collaboration will be established subsequently through direct discussions between the parties, a tailored proposal submitted by the Operator, and a contract or written confirmation agreed upon by both parties.

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that published information is accurate and up to date. However, it reserves the right to amend, supplement, or remove Website Content at any time without prior notice.

Access to the Website

The Website is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during maintenance or update periods or in the event of interruptions beyond the Operator’s control.

The Operator does not guarantee that the Website will operate without interruption or errors or that it will be entirely secure. It accepts no liability for any temporary unavailability.

Conditions of Use

The User agrees to use the Website in good faith and in accordance with applicable legislation. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • using the Website for illegal or fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights;
  • submitting messages containing illegal, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material or content that infringes the rights of others;

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual obligation for either party and does not guarantee that a collaboration will be established. The Operator reserves the right not to respond to an enquiry without being required to provide reasons for its decision.

The User must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The Operator is not liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data submitted by the User, including being unable to respond to the enquiry.

The Operator will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries within an appropriate timeframe but does not guarantee a specific response time.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Website Content, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, video materials, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, Website structure and design, and source code, is owned by the Operator or its partners and protected by intellectual property legislation.

Reproducing, copying, distributing, publishing, modifying, or using the Content, in whole or in part, for commercial or non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the Operator’s prior written consent.

The User may view the Content and make copies strictly for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright notices are retained.

Unauthorized use of the Content may result in civil and, where applicable, criminal liability.

Personal Data Protection

The Operator processes Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

Data provided through the contact form—including name, email address, telephone number, message content, and any other information submitted voluntarily—is processed to communicate with the User, provide proposals, and manage the pre-contractual relationship.

Commercial and marketing communications are sent exclusively based on separate consent, provided independently from the acceptance of this document. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Restriction or Termination of Access

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a User’s access to the Website without prior notice or compensation in circumstances including:

  • failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
  • engaging in illegal or abusive activities or activities that infringe the rights of others;
  • attempted fraud or unauthorized access;
  • technical or security issues.

Advertising and Promotions

The Operator may conduct advertising campaigns, promotions, or competitions through the Website without requiring the prior consent of Visitors or Users.

The specific terms of each campaign will be communicated separately through dedicated rules. Campaigns may be amended, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failing to fulfil its obligations where this results from an event of force majeure or a fortuitous event, as defined under Romanian law.

The parties’ obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. The party invoking it must notify the other party within five days of its occurrence.

Calls made from outside Romania will be charged according to the caller’s network provider.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

If any provision of this document is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and effective.

Any disputes will first be resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, they will be settled by the competent courts with jurisdiction over the Operator’s registered office.
