To mark 20 years of local presence, the objective was to create an event that celebrated this journey and made attendees feel they were not simply attending a party, but taking part in an important moment in their own professional story.

The Idea
We built the experience around one simple idea: 20 years, one story, built together. Instead of a formal retrospective, we transformed the anniversary into a vibrant setting where the organization’s past, present, and future could be experienced together. The anniversary identity was integrated into every key touchpoint—from the entrance and venue design to the stage, social areas, and branding elements.
The Experience We Created

A Space That Marked the Occasion from the Moment Guests Arrived
The attendee journey began with a custom-designed visual entrance portal that welcomed them into the anniversary experience.
Large-scale branding and themed installations transformed the venue into a distinctive, cohesive, and photogenic space.

An Open and Relaxed Outdoor Atmosphere
We used the venue’s natural setting to create several interaction areas: lounge spaces, colourful furniture, cocktail tables, and meeting points spread throughout the garden. The layout encouraged free movement and conversation while maintaining a clear visual connection to the stage and main programme.

A Stage Designed for the Key Moments
The stage became the visual centrepiece of the event. The production included an outdoor technical structure, LED screens, lighting, sound systems, and three-dimensional branding elements.
The anniversary content and visual identity were adapted for digital displays, ensuring that the 20-year message remained visible throughout the event.

Buzz Events brought the creative direction, technical production, and on-site coordination together within a single workflow.
The Result
The event transformed an organizational milestone into a shared experience built around belonging and recognition. Attendees were given a setting in which to celebrate the company’s journey, reconnect, and look ahead to the next chapter together.
