The Context: A Day Built Around Families
A Family Day is more than an informal gathering outside the office. It is an opportunity for an organization to open its community to the people who support its employees every day: their families.
For this edition, the objective was to create an experience capable of bringing together more than 1,500 attendees—adults and children of different ages—in a relaxed, welcoming setting that was easy to explore.
The event needed to give everyone the freedom to shape their own day while maintaining the cohesion of a shared experience.
The Challenge
The scale of the event presented a twofold challenge.
On the one hand, the experience needed to be diverse enough to accommodate multiple generations, paces, and preferences. Children needed opportunities to play and explore, adults needed space to relax and socialize, and families needed activities and moments they could enjoy together.
On the other hand, welcoming more than 1,500 attendees required carefully planned operational architecture:
- intuitive access and wayfinding;
- distributing attendees across multiple areas;
- activities suitable for different age groups;
- visibility and accessibility for the main programme;
- coordination of suppliers and technical teams;
- a consistent experience throughout the event;
- a comfortable and safe environment for families.
The challenge was not simply to provide plenty of things to do, but to bring them together into one cohesive story.
The Idea
We built the event around the concept “The Autumn of Dreams Come True.”
Autumn became more than simply the season in which the event took place. It was the starting point for a warm, optimistic, and generous world where dreams, imagination, and time spent together could take shape.
The concept was based on a simple idea: some of the most important dreams are not individual ones. They are the dreams we build together with our families, colleagues, and communities.
We translated this idea into an experience accessible to every generation, with the atmosphere of an autumn festival and enough points of interest for each family to create its own journey.
The Experience We Created
1
A Visual World Built Around Autumn
The event identity transformed the venue into a space with a personality of its own.
The colour palette, messaging, and scenographic elements were designed to convey warmth, optimism, and energy. The concept remained visible throughout the attendee journey, ensuring that every area felt like part of the same story.
2
An Experience for the Whole Family
The programme was designed around the diversity of the audience.
Instead of relying on a single central activity, the experience comprised a variety of moments and areas that attendees could explore at their own pace. This allowed children, parents, and colleagues to alternate between play, exploration, socializing, and relaxation.
Family Day created an environment where people could connect beyond their professional roles and get to know one another through their families.
3
A Large-Scale Venue Organized Intuitively
For an audience of more than 1,500 people, zoning was one of the project’s essential components.
We focused on distributing attendees naturally throughout the venue, providing easy access between points of interest, and maintaining areas where families could stop, regroup, and spend time together.
The venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces allowed dynamic moments to alternate with periods of relaxation without the event losing its energy or cohesion.
4
A Community Brought Together
The central theme of the day was belonging.
The experience was designed not only to entertain attendees but also to create genuine connections—between colleagues, between families, and between people who belong to the same organization but do not always have the opportunity to spend time together.
Through its format, atmosphere, and the freedom it gave attendees, the event transformed a professional community into one that was visible, open, and intergenerational.
5
Project Coordination
An event designed for such a large audience can only succeed when all its components are integrated into a single workflow.
The planning process considered both the attendee experience and the operational mechanisms behind it: venue setup, access, movement between areas, the sequence of activities, supplier coordination, and the ability of on-site teams to respond quickly.
On the day of the event, on-site coordination kept all these elements synchronized, allowing attendees to enjoy the experience naturally without seeing the complex production behind it.
The Result
“The Autumn of Dreams Come True” brought together more than 1,500 attendees in an experience built around family and a sense of belonging.
The scale of the event did not diminish the personal nature of the day. Each family was free to explore the experience at its own pace while still feeling part of a shared occasion.
For the organization, the event became a tangible expression of its care for its people and the community around them. For attendees, it was a day when colleagues became hosts, families became part of the story, and autumn provided the setting for memories created together.

The Conclusion
A successful Family Day is not defined solely by the number of activities on the programme. It is defined by how it makes people feel when they come together.
For “The Autumn of Dreams Come True,” we transformed an event for more than 1,500 attendees into a cohesive and welcoming experience where every generation could find its place.
Because an organizational community becomes truly strong when it also creates space for the families who support it.
